Qualifications

• At least 9 years of specific expertise in ITIL Methodologies.
• At least 7 years of specific expertise in Confluence or JIRA or GITlab
• At least 15 years of specific expertise in Agile Methodologies
• At least 3 year of specific expertise in SMT/Service Now
